Okay so I haved showed you how to register for Pixiv.net and I' am sure you would like to be able to join nicovideo also!
So first of all go to

The first step is to enter your email address(LEGIT EMAIL ADDRESS ONLY)
then click next
Now its gets a little difficult
fill out the fields that follow(translation from top to bottom)
1.Nickname
2.Male/Female
3.Birthdate
4.Just select anything from the drop down menu
5.Password and the other box below is re-type password
6.Security question(type random shit if you must)
Click continue then confirm your email address and your done
CONGRATS AGAIN.
